The Posture → Priority Framework introduces a clear way for Pilates teachers to decide what to focus on first when teaching.
Rather than starting with Mat or Reformer exercises, this framework trains you to observe posture as an organizing strategy. From there, you learn to identify which body segments deserve priority, choose exercise direction with intention, and adjust teaching based on how the body responds.
This is not a corrective system or diagnostic method.
It is a way of seeing and deciding that supports clearer, safer, and more consistent Pilates teaching.
This framework is designed for Pilates teachers who:
It is suitable for both Mat and Reformer teaching.

This module orients you to the logic behind the Posture → Priority Framework. It clarifies what the framework is — and what it is not — and explains why Classical Methods begins with posture rather than exercises, correction, or cueing.
This module introduces the core posture patterns instructors encounter most often in real teaching. You’ll learn how to recognise these patterns as segment organisational strategies, not diagnoses, and why early recognition matters more than early correction.
This module focuses on how to decide where to intervene first. You’ll learn how to identify priority segments and apply clear treatment intent (Release, Activate, Lengthen, Mobilize) without trying to address everything at once.
This module explains how treatment intent guides exercise direction before exercise selection. The emphasis is on choosing how movement should behave, observing response, and progressing without escalation.
This module brings the framework into real teaching contexts, including group classes and one-to-one sessions. The focus is on applying the logic in real time, adjusting with restraint, and knowing when to stop.
