About This Course

The Preparatory Yoga Practices module is designed to provide yoga teachers with comprehensive training in over 60 traditional pre-yoga warm-up/subtle exercises. You will also learn how to plan creative salutation series for flow classes.

This online module includes detailed instructional documents and video demonstrations for each practice, covering joint mobilization, muscle stretching, and activation techniques.

By enhancing your teaching skills and techniques, you will be able to improve your students' practice and overall experience. This course is ideal for yoga teachers who want to enhance their skills and techniques and provide more effective and personalized practice for their students.


The learning process for this course follows three steps: Watch, Practice, and Read.
